More Than a Ranch. A Place to Rebuild.

The Ranch Experience

More than a place to live, Stable Steps Ranch is being developed as an environment where recovery and everyday life come together.

Through caring for horses, hands-on ranch activities, workforce development, and a focus on mental and spiritual wellness, residents will have opportunities to build confidence, responsibility, and meaningful connections.

Our Story

After losing their eldest son, Jace, to a heroin overdose in 2016, Julie Waters and her husband found purpose in helping others facing substance use disorder.

Julie founded the Jace Waters Foundation in 2017, honoring her son's memory through recovery advocacy and helping individuals access recovery residences.

That journey inspired a new vision: Stable Steps Ranch, where men can take their next steps toward a more stable and purposeful life.
